In Loving Memory of Phil Frank Keleny

Thank you all for your love and support. It is difficult to say exactly what Phil meant to us because he means so much to so many people. He was extremely genuine and charismatic with everyone who knew him. He was a caring and ambitious person who made friends wherever he was. We love him for not only for the time he spent with us but also for the amazingly positive impact on all of our lives. We will always remember Phil with love in our hearts and a smile on our faces.

Fundraiser

We have set up a fundraiser with the UW Athletic Department in Phil’s name to support concussion research and rehabilitation. All Donations are tax deductable. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the website and how to donate.

Memorial Giving Instructions

1. Go to www.supportuw.org
2. Click the "Give Now" link
1. Select "Make A Gift" in the drop down menu
3. To make a tribute gift:
1. Select "Other" as a fund designation
2. Add "Concussion Research and Rehabilitation Fund" in the gift note textbox
3. Check box indicating that this is a tribute gift
4. Indicate that you would like to make a gift in memory of Phillip Keleny in the Tribute Information section
1. Use description field to add any additional donor information or a message
2. Select "mail a letter on my behalf" to add donor contact information
3. Click "Continue" button and proceed to next page to fill out the donor’s billing address and credit card information
